Ms Susan Lee, a former employee of NARAL Pro Choice America, was lead author of the research, described in the Journal of the American Medical Association, and an abortion clinic director was another author. The journal's editor says she did not know of these pro-abortion links and conceded that they might have a bearing on the orientation of the study. [National Right to Life Committee, 24 August]
