Judge orders abortion on girl, 13, with intellect of 7 year old


Sir James Munby ruled that an abortion was in the girl's "best interests"

The High Court in London has approved an abortion in the case of a mentally-impaired teenager. The girl, aged 13, was said to have the intellect of a seven year-old.
