International Care and Relief is a humanitarian organisation working to provide emergency relief and long term development projects.
It has close links with the UN, International Planned Parenthood Federation and other pro-choice organisations. It has advocated the use of contraception for population control and is supportive of Amnesty International’s ‘My Body, My Rights’ campaign.
The charity has worked with ‘Family Planning 2020’ in Nepal to ensure that "individuals have the ability to decide freely the number and spacing of their children. To exercise this ability, individuals must be able to choose a contraceptive method voluntarily, free of discrimination, coercion or violence."
