Abortion doctor: stop saying 'baby' and 'unborn children'

Posted by Jack Francis on 19 July 2012

In a recent article in the Huffington Post George Lakoff, an abortion doctor, has told fellow abortion advocates not to use terms such as 'baby' or 'unborn child'.

Science is clear that life begins at conception, but Lakoff wants to disguise this reality by renewing the push for the widespread use of terms that dehumanise the unborn child.

This is a very old tactic of the abortion lobby, but Lakoff's campaign is particularly insulting to the intelligence of ordinary people and to medical workers in an age when the humanity of the unborn child is abundantly evident to anybody who has seen an ultrasound, or has access to the internet.

It doesn't matter how much you say "it's just a fetus", or "it's just a clump of cells", it won't make it true.

Dear Mr Lakoff: When women are pregnant they are pregnant with babies. You know this. You're not fooling us.
