Abortion is, quite simply, the single biggest and most important human rights struggle of our time.
There are many worthy causes but none of them come close to protecting the 570 innocent children killed in the womb every day in England, Scotland and Wales.
It is estimated that more helpless unborn children have been killed worldwide in the last 35 years than all the people killed in all the wars in recorded history. Our struggle is the most challenging, most important, human rights struggle in history.
At SPUC, we've been campaigning against abortion ever since the 1967 Abortion Act was proposed. We are the largest pro-life organisation in the UK, with 45,000 members, and are in fact the first pro-life organisation to be established anywhere in the world.
Over that time we've built up a wealth of experience, a professional team of pro-life staff and a network of dedicated volunteers across the country who give up their time to defend unborn children.
By joining SPUC today you will become a part of that nationwide pro-life movement. We'll keep you up to date and informed on the latest developments with pro-life news and updates.
"Join SPUC now to stand alongside us in our fight for universal human rights - as we campaign for the right to life of all human beings to be upheld. Sign up for e-news updates to make sure that you never miss out on breaking pro-life news, and read about some of the national events that you can be a part of."
