A pro-abortion campaigner allegedly confronted a young pro-life girl at the 2020 Washington March for Life, telling her: "I will ******* slit your throat." Present at the Washington March for Life, Eden Linton, SPUC Youth and Education Officer said: "Pro-abortion ideology is rooted in violence. Sadly, it is therefore not surprising when pro-abortion activists embody this aggression and violence in their actions and words."
Selene Cerankowsky, president of her College pro-life society, was attending the Washington March for life on the 24th of January. Ms Cerankowsky asserts that towards the end of the march, a pro-abortion protestor who was wearing a blood smeared costume confronted her saying "back up or I will ******* slit your throat."
Ms Cerankowsy claims that the suspect was standing only inches away from her face and when confronted she "felt fearful."
She said: "I wasn’t going to back down because if we make a habit of that, the pro-abortion bullies will know to keep employing that tactic. I also knew I was surrounded by Students for Life staff who would have my back."
The pro-abortion activist was later spotted being reprimanded by the police.
Ms Linton added: "Incidents such as these only highlight the desperation and fear now burdening the pro-abortion lobby. These attacks arise from the fear of a pro-life movement which is unmistakably advancing."
The Progressing Pro-Life Movement
