Another ambulance has been called to a Planned Parenthood abortion facility in Columbia, South Carolina, in the United States. This year, three ambulances have responded to emergencies there on “abortion only” days.
At least two of the three ambulance callouts were responding to emergencies due to abortion complications at the Planned Parenthood facility. Details have yet to be revealed about the most recent 911 call.
“Something is going on. There have never been so many ambulances in such a short time”, said A Moment of Hope, a pro-life group that provides help to vulnerable women outside the clinic who are considering an abortion.
On two occasions, ambulances were called to the facility because women suffered bleeding after abortions.
The Columbia Planned Parenthood centre has also been found guilty of multiple health code violations, including improper training, absence of staff background checks and improper disposal of aborted babies.
Similar incidents have occurred at other facilities, such as two medical emergencies at a Planned Parenthood abortion facility in California within the space of five days, as reported by SPUC.
Meanwhile, in the UK, three BPAS abortion facilities were recently put into special measures after the Care Quality Commission rated them “inadequate”, also reported by SPUC.
SPUC comment
A SPUC spokesperson said: “Abortion is a violent and dangerous act that, as well as killing unborn babies, also puts women at great risk, both physically and mentally.
“This brutal and sometimes fatal toll is barely covered by the pro-abortion mainstream media, which every day does a great disservice to women all around the world by failing to report the very real dangers of abortion.
“Abortion facilities, in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, have been shown by SPUC and others to be sordid and dangerous facilitators of untold misery and trauma for mothers and their babies.
“The uncaring abortion industry must be held to account.”
