The allegations against Dana and her brother have been found to be completely false

Dana, the international singing star and leading pro-life politician, has been completely vindicated in a recent court action in which John Brown, her brother, was acquitted on five counts of indecent assault on under-age girls by a unanimous jury verdict.

It had been alleged that Dana had covered up her brother's actions.

John Smeaton, SPUC's chief executive, commented: "I am delighted that the allegations against Dana and her brother, and which wrecked Dana's bid for Ireland's presidency, have been found to be completely false."
