On 14 February 2017, SPUC presented a 10,000 name postcard petition to the Royal College of Midwives, calling for the resignation of their Chief Executive Cathy Warwick. Prof Warwick, who is also Chairman of BPAS, signed up the organisation's 30,000 midwives to an extreme campaign to decriminalise abortion.
