SPUC to launch UK’s first pro-life news show

SPUC is set to launch its flagship news show, Real Time, the first-ever pro-life news programme in the UK, launching this Friday on 5 November.

The show, hosted by SPUC’s Catherine, will present pro-life news stories at home and abroad from SPUC’s state-of-the-art newsroom in the centre of Glasgow.

Real Time will be available for viewers to enjoy each Friday at 6pm across SPUC social media platforms.

Backed by a dedicated and professional editorial and production team, Real Time aims to make a real difference, cause a stir and bring the pro-life message to new audiences.

"Equipping others to speak up"

Catherine, the host of Real Time, said: “This new show will push back against dominant pro-abortion narratives that have for too long held sway over the airwaves, as well as online and on social media.

“The studio team and I are set to tell truths currently withheld by our dishonest, fake news media, which so often acts as a mouthpiece and chief apologist for the exploitative abortion industry.

“Sharing thought-provoking stories, statistics and other truths about abortion, we will be front and centre for all your pro-life news.

“And since knowledge is power, we hope that Real Time will equip others to speak up and defend the most vulnerable in our society.

“Most of all, Real Time will assert the most vital aspect of the pro-life message: that the unborn have a right to life, which must be protected.”
